My favorite part of my job is working with family. The dynamic of our family business sets us apart from other hot tub dealers and fosters an environment in which customers feel comfortable and at ease- and recognize that they are joining our family when they purchase a spa! We pride ourselves on forming relationships with our customers that extend far beyond the sale. I enjoy catching up with customers when they visit us for their supplies just as much as we enjoy their initial trip to our showroom to purchase their spa. I got my start in the hot tub industry helping my dad when he was a hot tub manufacturer and I was in high school. I was surprised at how much I enjoyed being involved in my family’s hot tub business and knew quickly thereafter that I wanted to continue it with my sister once our parents were ready to move on to something else. Still to this day, I enjoy meeting new people and helping them to find the hot tub that will truly bring enjoyment to their home. I love the unique ability that a hot tub has to provide a technology-free zone for parents to spend time with their kids, like I did with my own, making memories that will last them a lifetime.
