I have been loyal customer to AJ Spa for over 26 years. My initial hot tub purchase lasted me all these years as a result of their service and customer appreciation. I recently replaced that hot tub with another one i just bought from AJ Spa based on their commitment and service they provided on my initial purchase. “It’s still working great”

I bought a Sundance Optima Spa over 20 years ago from AJ spa and it’s still working great! If you keep it clean and maintain it, it will last a very long time. We are relocating to Florida next year and my son is going to take it. Wish AJ had a store down in Jacksonville!

“Extremely happy with the customer service I received”

I was advised not to buy a tub from a big box store in case there was an issue. Of course there was an installation issue on behalf of my electrician. AJ Spa came right out and rectified the issue with no hassle. Extremely happy with the customer service I received. Definitely worth shopping here.

What actually happens if I come to the showroom?

You sit in the models, feel where the jets land, and ask as many questions as you want. Our showroom is at 687 Route 112 in Patchogue, open Mon to Fri 9:00am to 5:00pm and Sat 10:00am to 5:00pm.

Why can I not see prices on the site?

The manufacturer does not allow us to show these prices online. Fill in the form and we will send you current pricing on the models you are considering, or call the showroom and we will talk it through.

What size should I be looking at?

Most brands offer 2-3, 4-5, 5-6 and 6+ seats. The right size depends on who will actually use it and how much room the yard has, which is worth working out before you start shopping.

How complicated is the install?

We install it. Every yard is different, so talk to us before you buy and we will tell you what yours needs.

How much upkeep is it really?

Test the water with strips once or twice a week and treat it based on the readings. Rinse the filter every two weeks. Drain, clean and refill every three to four months. That is the routine, and our owner resource library covers the rest.

What happens when something breaks?

Our own service department handles warranty covered repairs. We inspect the spa, order the parts and complete the work. Customers who bought from us twelve, eighteen and twenty-six years ago still call the same number.

Is it not cheaper online?

Sometimes the sticker price is lower. What does not come with it is a showroom you can visit or a service department on Long Island.
